Since 1996 the main area of the
firm’s activity have been technical consulting services dealing
with:
- Exploitation
and repairs of ships and specially with preparing of bulk carriers,
tankers and chemical tankers for enhanced survey according to IACS
requirements,
- Carrying
surveys of ships, water crafts and floating structures of any kind,
with or without propulsion and their technical appraisal,
classification and certification, as the representative/surveyor of
International Naval Surveys Bureau S.A.
- Execution of control
(check) measurements of the hull structures:
The company holds –the:
ABS, BV, DNV, GL, LR, NKK
and PRS
recognition to
carry out ultrasonic thickness measurements .
- Execution
of calculation testing the general, area and local strength and as a
basis for working out the repair specification of the hull.
- Stability
updating/loading manuals SOLAS 1974 Chapt. XII
- Tank
calibration tables/endorsements.
- Procedure
and operations manuals for MARPOL 73/78 Annex I/II
- Shipboard
oil pollution emergency plans (SOPEP) MARPOL 73/78 Annex I/II.
- The
firm also carries out ship owner’s supervision for the carrying
out of ship repairs of vessels of different flags.
- General condition surveys,
pre-purchase and/or insurance pre-entry condition surveys;
